Maintenance Engineer & Production Lead Pilot

As a consulting engineer at Dassault Aviation, I had the opportunity to oversee the outsourced production of the Rafale's technical documentation. My role: co-managing three documentary production teams both in France and internationally. Managing the quality of digital deliverables while boosting team productivity was a highly rewarding learning experience.
Since continuous improvement is in my DNA, I designed and implemented Business Intelligence processes and solutions to enable real-time tracking of production and ensure smooth management of documentation flows, both internally and externally. This experience taught me the importance of agile management and continuous innovation in a demanding, high-precision environment.
Interdisciplinary Workshop Leader [Assignment]

I had the opportunity to lead an interdisciplinary workshop at Safran Electrical & Power in the UK, with a team of experts in Industrialisation, Engineering, Methods, and Quality, to improve the assembly process of the ENGINeUS engines.
We implemented PFMEA and PDCA methodologies to drive continuous process optimisation and proactive risk management. This project allowed me to strengthen my project management expertise and interdisciplinary collaboration skills, while deploying practical and effective solutions in a demanding environment.
As part of my mission at Hertus Industries, I led an industrial project focused on reducing the company's carbon footprint. From defining the strategy to resource management, we measured the carbon footprint, presented the initiatives to one of our key clients, and proposed solutions for reducing environmental impact in the short, medium, and long term. This experience strengthened my consulting expertise in sustainable development, with the goal of balancing economic performance and ecological impact.
At Safran Electrical & Power, I worked on several key projects. I was in charge of developing a production line for ENGINeUS electric motors, a strategic role in an international project. I also contributed to an international production transfer as part of the One Safran initiative, aimed at standardising group processes post-Covid-19. Additionally, I led an R&D project focused on reducing the weight of busbars by 30%.
As part of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project, I improved the efficiency of an automated process, increasing OEE indicators from 40% to 80% and Cp/Cpk from 3 to 6 sigma, generating annual savings of €23,000. I also led a study on cobot automation, achieving cost reductions of €96,000 per year.
These projects deepened my understanding of complex industrial processes and allowed me to demonstrate my ability to deliver tangible results through rigorous interdisciplinary management and an innovative approach.
My early experiences in the sector were focused on optimising production processes.
In my first year, I managed non-conformity analysis, production order tracking, and tool management, while conducting flow studies and technology monitoring to optimise processes. These initiatives directly contributed to the strategic investments of 2019.
In my second year, as an assistant project manager, I led the reorganisation of a production area and improved 5S standards, reducing non-value-adding movements by 23%.
